And Navitaire, I had the worst boss and HR experience I’ve had in my 15 year IT career. My boss provided no onboarding, no technical direction, was actively hostile, and played favorites. I alerted HR, but they did nothing with my concerns and the harassment and hostility increased because they told my boss of my concerns. The remote work bait and switch was a disaster. The company hired a lot of remote employees who worked hard but are suddenly expected to return to an office in which they’ve never worked. Amadeus and Navitaire don’t care about their employees and HR actively makes the workplace a living hell.
