Employee Policies are excellent Pay is competent in the market Opportunity to work on new technologies Work-life balance

Cons

Strictly following Hybrid model. Prior permission from Manager is needed to avail full WFH for more than 2 weeks At times, finding opportunities to move across divisions for internal mobility could be challenging but there are many employees who have moved.
