      Horrible experience, & place to work. Wouldn't tell my worst enemy to work there.

      Pros

      There's no accountability. NO one was provided with goals, so, when Performance Review time came, it was "shooting from the hip" on their part.

      Cons

      Cronyism. Saying they weren't going to hire any more, and then hiring people with ill-defined roles(who, we later found out, had close ties to the CEO....)

      Pros

      Hybrid work week that allows some flexibility but even more for the Senior inner circle and their chosen ones. Don’t expect flexibility to be fair or equitable.

      Cons

      Everything about this bank screams hypocrisy. Inappropriate behavior and relationships, hiring relatives, using bank funds for personal use, cronyism etc. Now they are being sued by three former employees and the publication American Banker has made the story public! Current employees are speaking amongst themselves and polishing off their resumes preparing for a mass exodus. Stay away! CEO is Priscilla Sims Brown, not Keith Mestrich. Priscilla, her Senior Leaders and the BOARD deserve and should get all the credit for this abomination. Did you know that the Chief Strategist is the son of Board Member of the same name??? How is that for
