Pros

At one point it was a Bank for the Working People and the clients still remember that culture so they stick around. Unfortunately, most of those client will be dead soon due to old age.

Cons

Where do I begin...No communication between departments, management tells you one thing and then does the complete opposite, they try to juggle too many things at the same time and accomplish nothing, human capital has no worth; your position is never safe and finally, they discriminate agains medical conditions and disabilities. Do not take leave...they will find a reason to terminate you!!!! If you have a choice, avoid at all costs.
