My work and opinions were valued by managment and colleagues, promoted after 6 months of employment. what you put into the job is what you got out of it, able to exercise many of my skill sets

Lack of credit analytics software, lack of professional comptence of some of my colleagues impeded my work, pay scale not commensure with my performance, experienced and skill sets, being dismissed by new CCO less than a month of him being there and and without being given the chance to prove myself
