Pros
Union helps build in some favorable rules Trying to improve technology overall
Cons
Amalgamated likes to brand itself as a "progressive" bank that caters to unions and workers but not so much in the Contact Center. It's led by two old traditionalists that fail to keep up with the times. Why is this company so dead set on having people in office? Why do they hassle people to come in when there is no benefit for either side? Why is making the schedule so contentious when it doesn't have to be? Why is any suggestion met with "we have always done it this way"? Why does management not care that workers aren't happy? Why does management constantly slam its people because they don't know how to lead properly? There are so many questions yet so few answers. It's a company stuck in the pre pandemic ways and they refuse to change. Any innovation or new idea is pushed aside.
