      Pros

      Total lack of know what is going on in bank. Bank of 500+ average turnover if approx 30% the last 5 years I was there. They have no idea who their important customer are or the actual financial exposure to them They hold a qualified pension over you head opportunity on a stick but most never get the 5 years needs to get vested. Stay away at all costs.

      WFH for most groups Socially responsible if that is your ting.

      Pros

      Although they don't pay much, it was always good to earn a paycheck. So the only pros for me was getting paid.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work, Unless you come straight from High school. No adequate training. No recognition for hard working employees. You might not even have any experience or do not have any banking or financial background and get promoted before someone who's been working there for years, who actually knows the work and has extensive financial or banking backgrounds. No career growth. No recognition of talent unless you know someone at the top. No 401K matching.
