      The work culture is quite traditional and not as international. Everything is top down and there’s not much you can do even if you have great ideas.

      Working in a luxury resort. Amazing place. Living in an island.

      Cons

      During my time, HR has no regard to employees. Low employee retention. Always changing management. Had 3 managers in a span of 1 year. Understaffed. Very manual processes. Works long hours. Toxic most of the time. No career planning for employees like 1:1 with manager etc
