The coworkers are lovely people

Cons

Pay is low (but overpromised during interviews) work hours are abusive, employees mistreated and pushed to the extremes,. Management doesn't focus on employee retention, they will easily discard of anyone on the spot and would rather rehire new faces than invest in the employees that are already there.
