      Pros

      In the kitchen, if you're eager and passionate enough to learn, you will find it rewarding in the end. You get to showcase your talent and pray that they will like your work.

      Cons

      Underpaid.. as usual. Working long hours, missing holidays or family gatherings, celebrating your birthday by yourself. But, there is always beauty in certain things.

      You may make decent money

      It’s like being in an abusive relationship. Racism , lies and sexual harassment abound. You may think having this on your resume will do you good, however I urge you to think again. As someone who has 18 years experience in the hospitality industry and takes pride in my work, I would never put this on my resume, it’s an embarrassment to the industry.
