They work with you and your schedule, they also give raises

Cons

Most positions only pay minimum wage. If you are a student worker you can only work 20 hours maximum pet week

Flexible Hours. Good Benefits. Overall friendly people that care about co-workers. Fun environment that is pleasant to work in.

Cons

Change without communication of why the changes are occurring. Many administrative changes recently have left many people confused, disoriented, and unhappy.
