Pros

* Good challenging problems to solve. * Easy access to senior talent if you are in Seattle HQ.

Cons

* Bad if you get into team with legacy systems * Higher expectations, work life balance is not great in all teams, and weekends oncall is not a great thing. * Off shore teams do not have senior talent * Lot of politics at higher level (depends on team too) * Promotions needs you to be hardworking and lucky both

Pros

Industry-leading technologies, great project and one of the most talented people I had to work with throughout my career. Given the company size, most of decisions are made fast and start from engineers and go bottom-up.

Cons

Work-life balance is not great, while I've never been forced to work over-time, it was alert my choice. Atmosphere here pushes everyone to always deliver more, always raise the bar.
