Pros

Cutting Edge Tech Stack Got to learn how big tech companies operate at large scale Got to learn how mature systems look like

Cons

PIP Culture - Managers are incentivized to put their employees on PIP (if they don't they will be targeted for performance reasons) Culture of unrealistic deadlines leading to engineers delivering half baked products in production. This leads to years of tech debt combined with hellish oncall.
