Pros

You get 40 hrs of paid time off per yer along with vacation and also insurance benefits for day one. AND after a year of employment they offer 95% tuition refund on certain degrees.

Cons

Promotion in a place like this seems impossible for an average joe. Management here seem very disingenuous and fake. The ticket is either a college degree or a lot of sucking up to your superiors. Definitely seems like a dead end job.

Cons

Not appreciated for the hard work you do. Not much reward. A lot of rude supervisors. Work to hard in a hot environment with no recognition.
