Pros

1) Work is consistent at the Fulfillment Center. The only way you will be fired is if you don't work, or you commit fraud. 2) The career choice program is excellent. Amazon pays up to $5,250 a year to take online programs and/or classes that will pay a lot more money.

Cons

1) The pay is relatively low compared to jobs outside of a fulfillment Center (aka warehouse). However, the hourly pay may be on par or slightly higher than other warehouse work. 2) Equipment breaks down regularly. Only necessary equipment gets fixed. 3) The work is repetitive and can be boring.
