Salary is paid every week. Overtime available. Flexy hours.

Cons

No matter how high your productivity is, you are constantly monitored for idle time, so it is not worth pressing yourself to work hard. Sickness is unpaid for the first 3 days; if you have more than 80h sick, you get a letter of concern that is actually a kind of punishment. So if you are not in perfect health, don't even think about Amazon.
