Flexible work schedule, extremely friendly work environment, plenty of perks, competitive salary, internal training and learning for new skills that will lead to promotion. Co-workers actually help each other in a non political work environment. Challenging work loads with plenty of resources to help solve problems. Thinking out side the box is encouraged and asking "why" is not frowned upon. No traditional dress code. Products that one can back. Truly a team environment. Dream Job and Work place. This is the only job that I had where I walk into the building with a smile on my face. I have worked in Transportation, Retail, Military, Access Controls, Government, Big Medical and various technology firms, and cannot imagine a better place to work.
