Pros

Flexible scheduling for most of the year. There is flexible paid time off and unpaid time off that you can use at any time. They ask for a 1 hour notice before using it if you are leaving early. Easy to get the job, no interview, just pass a drug test. Transfers are very easy. Management was easy to get along with.

Cons

Peak. The busiest time of the year is October to December. During that time they may have you doing mandatory extra time. In 2024 it changed from doing 10 hour shifts 4 days per week to doing 12 hour shifts 5 days per week. I don't want to do that again. The turnover during that time is high.

Pros

Decent pay and some level of candidate screening

Cons

Too much work, nonstop reduction of hours. From 4-5 people working a shift to 3 half the week
