Pros

Pay is good, Maximum opportunities and great experience builder

Cons

Work life balance is garbage. Work overload, but it actually makes the time go fast. Little guidance to learn various subjects, but if you know who to go and how to figure out certain things, you get credit for it and actually helps you create a better mind set in terms of learning and researching.

Pros

Resume builder, pay rate, benefits.

Cons

Big company so a lot of little things slip through the cracks. Managers are really just puppets. They don't really have power to implement a fair and cohesive environment.
