Pros

You gain a tremendous amount of experience in which may potentially help you become a NOC technician role. Tons of overtime pay.

Cons

Underpaid. They don't provide any benefits such as tuition reimbursement or medical, dential, or PTOs since this a contract job.

Pros

A lot of smart people to work with, frequent pace changes. If you like overtime pay, it is nearly always available. Room to switch between locations and job titles if you perform.

Cons

Sense of absolute insignificance Ive yet to see at any other workplace, team expectations of ground-up training are surreal. Work-life balance is quite low. Additional benefits packages are somewhat low compared to other companies Ive experienced.
