Pros

Good pay compared to Tier 2 companies, but not as competitive as other Tier 1 companies

Cons

- Lack of vision. Customer obsession etc is cultish ways to navigate politics in the company, nobody really cares about customers anymore. - Innovations have come to a standstill, it is extremely difficult to retain top talent in this toxic culture - Managers rule your life when you're working in Amazon, I have seen way too many times managers finger pointing ICs in the team to shift blame of them not delivering enough ROI - This company is not good for your mental health. If you have a choice, choose ANYTHING else over Amazon
