Amazon Abuses Flex Drivers

Pros

None. Every single issue funnels onto the driver with absolutely no recourse with which to defend yourself. It's all automated and everything is a threat that you'll be fired.

Cons

aside of the app taking you down unmaintained logging roads and customer's dogs jumping all over your car and scratching the paint, amazon abuses flex drivers. amazon accuses it's drivers of stealing packages when their incompetent and rude employees don't put it in your route in the first place. to mark a package as missing you must go into the "return items" menu, and even though the package is missing, this makes the idiots at amazon think you should create something out of nothing and return the package that wasn't in your route to begin with. how do you defend yourself?? you can't. it's all automated via email. I've reported upwards of twenty safety issues with the app and have yet to get a single reply, yet the emails accusing me of not returning packages come right on time and always with a threat of being fired.
