Pros
No boss, shifts can be pretty chill sometimes, pay is pretty good -- better for your money if you do 2 hour deliveries than packages usually for tips
Cons
Sometimes you get awful shifts that are impossible to do, customers that don't respond and gatecodes that don't work, and directions that are wrong (or worse an address that doesn't exist. Oh yeah, and if you can't deliver a package you have to spend another long while bringing any leftovers back to the station, oh and you don't get paid for that time -- it's out of your pocket and your gas money. Also their customer service can't help you with anything most of the time and they make you sen emails as well to someone who can't resolve anything in timely fashion if at all
