Management doesn't care about any of your complaints, especially sexual harassment complaints. Which I found kind of hilarious, since through the hiring process they have you watch all these videos on sexual harassment and take a quiz, so you know what is sexual harassment and what to do if it happens. They promised us A/C in June and all they did was put giant tubes in the back of the warehouse that pumped in cool air that you could only feel if you were standing directly in front of them. Only a 10% employee discount which I personally feel is cheap considering all the hard work people are doing in the warehouses. And it only works on Amazon products.

There isn't much help available if you have trouble, App is unreliable, You need to have functional Air Conditioning and a good smartphone, routes are sometimes poorly planned, This job has alot of wear and tear on your car.
