Pros

Flexible schedule, work when you want Delivery areas change Easy job - scan, drive, scan, drop off (and repeat) $18-$32 an hour

Cons

No opportunity for growth, this is a dead end delivery job No reimbursement for milage, or insurance/car rental discounts Maximum hour per week is 28... most flexers' will start with 4... for a few weeks No health insurance No human communication (support/HR) EXCEPT when on a route, save that list! Routes can be unreasonable (45-90 min away, after driving 30 min. to the warehouse) Must use a specified route, (that means you are expected to use/pay for toll roads!) GPS is actively used against you (no reception means packages won't register as delivered, and waiting for support causes you to finish past delivery times, which you then have to explain and do NOT get paid for).
