      Pros

      Relatively good pay if you're lucky and dont get long routes that would increase your fuel consumption. Good work/life balance. Not many opportunities due to scripters that pick up all the blocks in West Midlands area.

      Cons

      Absolutely rubbish customer service represenatives when you send e-mails to them. Remember, you are self employed, they do not care about you. West midlands warehouses are now under one "area", so you will get offers from all of these, many of which will be way too far from where you live and not remotely profitable for you.

      Pros

      so glad I can pick up extra shifts with all the mouths I have to feed! Kids in school and I can deliver -love the exercise- no gym payments for me!

      Cons

      So many gated communities and no pass key to get in to deliver packages -people are just dumb! If they want their delivery, Amazon needs to put something about gated communities and pass codes

      Support for drivers is horrid. Can't get a response other than something scripted that literally does nothing to help. App malfunctions constantly. Wear and tear on your car. You will spend a ton of money on gas which makes it not worth it in the end. No benefits, no PTO, no sick days.. nothing.. This IS NOT a real job, this is a way for Amazon to get cheap labor, fast. Not to mention if you better save a bunch of money because you will get hit on taxes at the end of the year..
