      Pay is ok but not enough for the long routes

      Routes are sometimes not good they will be a hour away from station

      Decent pay for the area, get to meet new people constantly, no prior experience could put you directly into management positions

      Cons

      Lots of inexperienced management from top down, high turnover, retaliation for expressing safety concerns, lack of interaction between managers and workers (fear-based)

      You work 4 days consecutive and are off for 3. 10 to 12 hour shifts

      Cons

      They are strict and you have to work the schedule they give you. Even on Sundays. They don't care if it goes against your religion.
