The shift bids are based on metrics and attendance. There are times where you will say you can only work nights, but it gives you day shifts only or vice versa. Training seemed rush and when agents had questions the trainer made you feel like you were bothering her with questions. Job is usually seasonal and temporary. Conversion rate is low and random. They say good metric and attendance guarantees you a spot, but our whole pod was let go. All of us!
