Pros

the rate of pay, flex hours cheap benefits even for part-time employees

Cons

if you want to move to full time they'll be happy to let you know that you will make $2 less per hour which when you consider how much money Amazon makes it's pretty disgusting that you'll make less for more work. Promotions are based on PRR which is based on customer ratings the problem negative customer ratings are usually based on things out of your control like shipping issues or a customer being told no because their request is outside of Amazon policy basically you get punished for reinforcing Amazon policy and things that are outside of your control you are expected to keep your PRR metric up yet you get rated for things you cannot change very unfair you also get excluded from the year end bonuses even if you work over time and holidays while other employees get bonuses for working the holiday months

Pros

Flexibility and you do get paid unless they feel like you did something they won’t pay you. Paid every Tuesday and Friday. And you will have to go back and forth through emails only.

Cons

Management is different people they only contact you through emails. They will terminate you and deactivate your account preventing you from working there over anything. If a customer says they didn’t receive their package you get blamed for it. I worked 5 days a week for three months and i recieve 4 emails during that time each time it would be 1 person saying they didn’t get it out of 54-61 packages and i was terminated. You can put in an Appeal and they still will not let you work for them. You take pictures of the packages being left but they can not see the pictures so what’s the point. If you take the packages back to the station the station employees are very rude and will take your name down saying you didn’t do a route. But if you leave them and they get taken then what? Basically you will get terminated very soon. Holiday season is over so they don’t need that much help. People are loosing jobs because of customers. Wast of gas and wear and tear on your car. This is very sad. Located in Cleveland Ohio.

Good money if you're able to pick up shifts

Pros

The pay is good if you drive a gas-efficient car. ($18 an hour + tips) I averaged $20-$25 an hour. As flexible as it gets. You choose your own hours. Listen to audiobooks, podcasts, music while you work.

Cons

The system in place for picking up shifts is upsurd. The second a shift becomes available for you to grab, it is already taken. This encourages employees to resort to third-party apps/programming to grab blocks which makes the system unfair for those who don't. The app experiences a handful of issues and driver support does not help with most issues, unless it is specific to driving. Otherwise, you have to email support which may take a while for a response.
