Nothing good to say about the lack of intelligent support

Cons

No one at this company can give a straight answer to anything. No one knows what the other people are doing or why. Their answer is always to email but they never respond with any reasonable information. Do no deal with these people as I am sure you will have issues getting your money from them. They are not honest!

Pros

If you don't go to Seattle and your deliveries are short distances then this is good decent pay. You can work when you feel like it.

Cons

You must pay for all parking or risk a massive ticketing. Sometimes takes every cent so you are LITTERALLY WORKING FOR FREE!! Also gas continues to go up and massive amount of miles on your car. I've done the math most 30mpg vehicles will only last 2 years. Factor that into your wages too. GOOD LUCK!!! It's support sucks completely. Don't expect to be listened to or have ANY issues resolved!

The paid is ok sometimes.

Cons

Communication is horrible. Their is no phone number to reach anyone beside dispatcher who claims that they cant handle anything. And the last thing is that my money was sent to the wrong account and it take them 3 days to a week to respond to emails only to tell me to contact my bank. No reissue me a new check, and found out who account my money went in. The communicate at amazon flex suck period.
