      Pros

      Flexible schedule. Good pay. It starts at $18 and goes up to $23 an hour if you pick up a last minute block.

      Cons

      Wear and tear. As well as cost for gas needed. I use less gas doing Doordash and Ubereats.

      - Easy to learn each position on the floor - Staff was usually helpful and friendly - Fair pay for the work - No interview. Just pass the drug test and background check. - Paid weekly. - Claim at least 1 flexible shift per month to remain an employee. - Shifts go by fast and are always fast-paced. - Flexible shifts last anywhere between 1-8 hours.

      Cons

      - Hard to get a hold of management or HR on the phone. - Shifts can be a challenge to claim during busy seasons (be quick). - Setups in the facility changed often. - Redundant work. - It can be physically exhausting if you have more than 1 job.

      Same day work available consistently.

      Cons

      The value of a shift is presented upon selecting. Said value, will remain at its current rate until the deadline to accept the shift becomes closer. This value can rise up to nearly double its original value. That being said, the drivers are severely underpaid especially when accepting a shift at its base value considering one person can be responsible for up to 50 packages in a shift.
