When I started I had no idea that if you accepted a route.. you would have to cancel 45 mins in advance. They were sent me an email to my amazon account email rather than my daily email that I normally use. Therefore one day I noticed I wasn’t getting any routes anymore and when I emailed them.. they just asked for an appeal... in which I did explain what the situation was.. that I was new to all this and that I’ve been a prime customer for over 7 years and they just sent me an email that it was denied lol. Like I said terrible... they need us more than we need them cus there are many other jobs similar out there. And they lose a long time loyal customer. Great team you got there Jeff bezos lol. eBay here I come.
