Pros

Flexible independent contractor work, and easy way to make extra money.

Cons

Tips are not receive, no longer offered blocks regularly, recently decreased length of blocks yet assigning more packages, no compensation for overtime, deliver driver falsely blamed for missing pakages at time. In the warehouse workers are not helpful and Flex drivers only have a badge to identify themselves. Customer service isnt always helpful. App is not always accurate and drains your battery.

Pros

An opportunity to make side money Flexible shifts

Cons

App is horrible, and will use 100% of your battery in 2.5-3 hours. Turn by turn navigation of a lot of times off or wrong. I've ended up in dead end roads multiple times. No rhyme or reason, why some pick ups are 40 packages, some are 3. Most are over 30. Takes longer than the block time to finish deliveries. Camera on the app takes too long to snap a photo. They wont let you choose or trade pick ups, even if two people next to each other have deliveries in the other person's city, and the cities are 50 miles apart from each other. Too much gas. I drive 30 miles to get the the hub, and most nights, I end up and hour to an hour and a half away from home. Hard to get offers Offered more blocks in other cities than my own, cities that are over 100 miles away. Delivering at night can be really sketchy in some areas, and dangerous. Also you have to be very careful not to trip constantly in the dark. Sometimes you will get a delivery for something that is a closed business or to an Amazon Locker that is full and you have to come back to the hub to return packages. That can be really out of the way, and add an additional hour to your shift, that you don't get paid for.

Pros

Work whenever you choose and please

Cons

I been with Flex for about 3 months now. It was a cool little side gig, until they wouldn't deposit me my money. They owe me $398 that i did over the past 8 days. Ive been emailing them non stop to give me my money, but no response. Nothing has changed to my bank account. Even went to my bank to see if the money was there, but nope.. sho wasn't. Like what company doesn't give you a damn phone number to call. Only gives you a freaking email. Like this company is COMPLETE GARBAGE. It was cool at first, just dropping off packages...no biggy. Until they for some reason wouldnt deposit my money. Like that aint cool. People have bills to pay. Wouldn't give this company a 1 star if i could. To whoever is reading this,DO NOT even waste your time with this.
