      Constant schedule 3 days off

      Cons

      Long hours . No breaks. Dispatcher constantly hounding you. Extremely hard work loads. They also make u ride along with other drivers if you underperform.

      Tedious work just repetitive Nobody micromanaging you while you're on the road unless you're behind on deliveries Opportunities for picking up shifts

      Cons

      They say you have to take your mandatory 30 min paid lunch break and two 10 min rests but expect you to be back by a certain time (impossible during Q4 and busier days) Have to continue delivering when its pouring rain/lightning Beware of dogs (been attacked 3 times) Physically demanding job especially during the summer in Florida so always have alot of water with you and figure out where you can use the bathroom on your route. If not familiarize yourself with an empty water bottle cause you wont have much time to stop anywhere ; )
