Pros

Good opportunities to try different jobs within Amazon. Good pay. Very flexible work schedule.

Cons

Big company so it takes a lot of people to approve things (so feels slow). Unsure about the high bar for hiring... Seems like although there are tons of really smart and great people, there are also a lot of mediocre people who have a lot of weaknesses. Also, the turnover can be very high and disruptive if you have a lot of team/manager changes
