Pros

lots of good benefits, phone bill paid/lunch stipend/good health, vision and dental insurance, people eager to help

Cons

There seems to be a lot of work and stress, so this job would be for those wanting to push themselves and create challenges rather than those seeking a chill and good paying job

Pros

Total compensation is competitive, it can help younger people contribute to the sociality. It' flexible time slot with a complete remote access to work, you can do your job at anywhere any time. There are many resource for you to achieve your career in your life, deep dive and become an more best leader.

Cons

The stock type is limit to only one vesting schedule which focus on the last two year of total 4 year period. It's worldwide company that you might need to cooperate with other team member at your free/rest time. The management is a mess without an efficiency way to search the information you need, might waste some time.
