Pros

Solid pay Challenging and rewarding career. You can gain a lot of valuable experience to take elsewhere.

Cons

Timelines are impossible and senior management does not handle the stress associated with these timelines well. This stress is pushed down to everyone else until inevitably coworkers start blaming each other because all are exhausted and no one wants to work another weekend.

Pros

The on boarding is an amazing experience. They really take the time to teach you about the company and its culture, which they take very seriously. The people here really want the company and you to succeed so they give you what you need to be successful and there is a lot of mentoring.

Cons

Its really big company moving really fast so it can be overwhelming and easy to get lost.
