Great environment to work in. Good infrastructure to support employees. Pre planned work Flexi hours on manager's discretion.

Cons

Highly biased rating during appraisals , even though general company policy is data driven . Wrong qualified people at management level. Less exposure to methodologies, no scope for process improvement.
