Pros

Lab126 is a challenging and fun place to work. The hiring bar is extremely high which makes it difficult to become hired. But once you are in you are surrounded by extremely talented, committed and motivated people.

Cons

At times bad hiring decisions are made. Those not able to perform at the high level expected stand out by exception, exposed by their inabilities and bad attitudes. Those individuals are either managed out of the company or quit. They frequently then come here to post disaffected and unfounded criticisms of their boss, or their bosses boss.
