Pros

Life balance us OK. You can find some smart people here. Good to fit under amazon.com umbrella. Also lots of senior working here, they tend to hire experienced people around 40 to 50 years old. Very flexible working environment, which means you control your deliverables on your hand. Also it is easy to self organize an event. Recently there is initiative to increase people retention.

Cons

No long term plan. Too many mid managers, so sometimes one director with just 6-7 direct reports , which is heavy headed. The roadmap or other strategic meetings are invisible to individual contributions.
