Pros
Technology is ahead, great new consumer products. Company is not afraid to take technology risks, lots of investment in new technologies.
Cons
Siloed approach, no cross functional shared responsibilities or sharing information. Conflict between teams, encouraged by management and the culture. Call out culture is rampant, no work life balance, all about leadership's image, no compassion for it the technical work force. Expect to be thrown under the bus by your team. If you mess up, even if you work smart, you will be blamed and gets communicated up. Leadership doesn't do any actually work, more calling out people and using fear to drive productivity.
