Will have a different holiday schedule than the rest of your team depending on where they live. Whereas most other IT companies are off for holiday weeks. Amazon will have you working all week except for just that holiday. So in 2022, had to work the whole Christmas and New Years weeks since the holiday's were on the weekend.
