Pros

It been less than month since I started but I feel I am very welcome in Amazon and the work environment is really good and healthy here . The people in Amazon are too friendly and cooperative. Also, the benefits that Amazon offer are really great and competitive.

Cons

The joining process and the first few days are overwhelming but it worth it.

Cons

Lots of brutal feedback that will force you to keep improving your product and that can lead to burn outs.
