Pros

Lots of Network Automation It's easy to work on projects to level up your skillsets One of the greatest jobs I've ever had in my life.

Cons

Only people assigned to certain projects have a promotion path. Much easier to leave and come back to get promoted. There are several high ranking brilliant jerks, gaining their favor really matters and it shouldn't

Pros

Good knowledge sharing in the team, learnt a lot during the daily work. Work closely with oversea engineers to turn up the devices.

Cons

The work may be impacted during to different timezones, slower response sometimes from other countries. Need catch up with them in non work hours to have better manage the work.
