Pros

If you are looking to be challenged everyday (in a good way), come to Amazon. The bar to work at amazon is high, but achievements feel well deserved.

Cons

Massive company, it is hard at first to socially acclimate to the enormity of all that Amazon encompasses.

Pros

Great learning opportunities, peculiar way of working that always puts the customer first and always room for improvement

Cons

Still a big company with a lot of teams. Although they pay a lot of emphasis to being a day 1 company, it's still much bigger than a start up. And you have to navigate that size of the organization.
