Pros

They provide good quality and sufficient PPE. I was impressed by the quality of the gloves. They pay quite a few dollars an hour more than similar companies for the type of work. You don't have to lift very heavy packages on your own, which avoids back strains. They have a great app which allows you to clock in and out of work from your phone, select voluntary time off, etc. They have plenty of people around who you can ask for help from and they have great training videos.

Cons

Some of the movement areas are a bit narrow at the particular station that I am working at which doesn't allow a lot of manoeuvring area when you are moving boxes to the vans. There are some aspects of the job where they could provide clearer instructions to the new hires to allow them to do their job more efficiently.
