Pros

Great onboarding training. Believes in processes and mechanisms to do things in a repeatable and scalable fashion. Truly prioritizes long-term benefit to customers over short-term gains. Lot of ownership and flexibility to drive the business.

Cons

Have to work hard :) It is very big, sometimes you can feel lost, but don't worry people are very happy to help and again, there is documentation, mechanisms etc that make things easier.

Pros

There is a lot of opportunity to work on initiatives that can have a large impact, measured by customers reached, employees helped, businesses enabled, money moved, physical goods handled and much much more.

Cons

The company is aligned around exploring, entering and scaling new businesses efficiently. Predictable outcomes for employees are not always aligned with this and as a result being in the wrong role or business at the wrong time can be painful.
