Pros

Challenging and analytical role, with lot of stakeholder management

Cons

Not too many other than a very busy role. But it's a great school.

Pros

The problem space is interesting.

Cons

Most clueless management possible. No vision beyond 2 weeks, The latest qualification for managers and some PEs who have no experience in space nor networking is to know the boss. Execution is abysmal. Heavy top down and no backbone encouraged. Voted most toxic org in Amazon.
