Pros

Great place to get things done! Solid compensation! Motivated people! Growing business. Entrepreneurial environment. Jeff B. and Jeff W. provide great leadership by articulating and modeling the values.

Cons

Culture becoming diluted by hiring managers instead of promoting them. Work-life balance can be a challenge. Lots of smart people, fewer wise. Newer managers don't do a good job of walking the talk.

Pros

This is a fast moving company that allows you to think big and run with it if your ideas are sound, and can make a difference. There is plenty of support to grow and you are encouraged to work on projects and in areas that excite you.

Cons

There is no such thing as work life balance for most departments here. This is a 24/7 business and the delivering the best customer experience is demanding.

Pros

The salary and signing bonus are pretty good. Amazon might look good on your resume. You may gain a good reference or two.

Cons

Pay is ultimately lower than most companies, due to the number of hours required to perform the three jobs you are doing, for the one job offer you accepted. Too many meetings, not enough meeting minutes. Lack of communication between departments. Fighting fires daily can grow tiresome. Unrealistic project deployment dates. No work/life balance.
