Pros

If you work for Amazon for positions L4 and above it great !. The system values your idea and respects the individual.

Cons

Clarity of goals of job is a challenge. If work at L3 level , it's discouraging. Work life balance in warehouse is not good.

Pros

High salary, nice offices, good transport options for commuting.

Cons

Too many hours. Very bad manager who lack leadership qualities such as trust, confidence, respect for senior staff, etc. Not a place for senior folks (45+ years)
